2. Services

ChronoElite is based at ETH Zurich, Rämistrasse 101, 8092 Zurich, Switzerland, and specializes in high-end watch manufacturing, customization, and expert repair. All services are performed by certified watchmakers using premium materials and state-of-the-art equipment.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment must be made in full before work commences. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods listed at checkout.

4. Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with the repair or manufacturing service, you may request a refund within 30 days of service completion.

To initiate a refund, please submit a detailed request via our contact form, including your order number and description of the issue. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval, using the original payment method. Please note:

• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless the error is on our part.
• Parts replaced under warranty are covered but may incur a restocking fee if returned.
• Requests submitted after the 30-day window will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of improper use, accidental damage, or alterations performed by third parties.

5. Warranty

All repair work and new manufacture items come with a 12-month warranty against defects in workmanship and materials. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChronoElite’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and materials on ChronoEliteBest.com are the exclusive property of ChronoElite. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
